  Introduction

Well done for completing Part 1 of our Transformational life coach training.

You will now have an understanding of what Life Coaching and NLP are, how they originated and how to apply the presuppositions of NLP in your everyday life. You will now be entering the next part with a revised set of values and beliefs, and be fully informed of your own leading representational systems.

In this part, we are going to look at some more NLP coaching strategies to enable you to become more focused, and to understand the direction you want your life to go in. This section will equip you with the tools and strategies to get you there.

By utilising all of the learning mechanisms on this course you will be able to take stock of where you are now, identifying your key areas of strengths and opportunities. From here you will be in a position to create a meaningful action plan to enable you to get the life you want. This will take the form of an action-orientated life plan, coupled with a number of realistic and measurable goals and a robust review process to enable you to review, reflect and follow through on all of your actions and goals.

In this part, we will also be looking at and applying the principles of Human Givens Psychology and our own CASPA needs driven life coaching model. These needs-based psychology models are covered in greater depth in our Certified Practitioner NLP training.
